Research on the Application of AUTOCERA Technology in Aerospace Reflectors
A new method for preparing short-cut carbon fiber/silicon carbide ceramic composites using AutoCera technology combined with liquid silicon infiltration has been proposed. A photosensitive suspension containing Cf (carbon fiber) was prepared, and complex geometric shapes of Cf preforms were fabricated using Beijing Shiwai Technology's AutoCera technology. The 3D framework printed exhibits high stability, high precision, and a forming deviation of less than 5%. Additionally, the tightly bonded adjacent layers can synergistically enhance the adhesion of the photosensitive resin curing and the cross-stitching of short-cut carbon fibers. After liquid silicon infiltration, the prepared components are dense, with a maximum flexural strength of 262.6 MPa.

【Paper】Research on the Application of AUTOCERA in Biomimetic Artificial Bone Implants
The integration of structural and functional aspects of tissue engineering scaffolds is of great significance for simulating natural bone tissue. However, the complexity of hierarchical structures, the requirements for mechanical properties, and the diversity of bone-resident cells are the main challenges in constructing biomimetic bone tissue engineering scaffolds. This paper successfully prepared Haversian bone scaffolds with a complete hierarchical Haversian bone structure using digital light processing (DLP) based 3D printing technology. By changing the parameters of the Haversian bone structure, the compressive strength and porosity of the scaffold can be well controlled. The Haversian bone mimetic scaffold is evaluated in vitro.

Open a new era of flexible ceramic manufacturing with Dongpeng Ceramics
3D printing technology has been praised as a technology that will disrupt traditional manufacturing in the future. Currently, 3D printing technology has advantages that traditional ceramic manufacturing does not have, such as reducing processes and lowering costs. Traditional ceramic companies are very interested in how to use 3D printing in their own enterprises to increase profits and reduce costs. Recently, Beijing Shiwai Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dongpeng Ceramics. Both parties will jointly explore the application of additive manufacturing and flexible manufacturing of ceramic 3D printing in the ceramic market. As Dongpeng's chairman He Xinming said before: "Innovation is in Dongpeng's genes, and being the first to dare is what Dongpeng relies on."
