Antarctic Bear exclusive report: Beijing Shiwei launches domestic DLP ceramic 3D printer (reprinted)
Recently, Antarctic Bear revealed two foreign ceramic 3D printer companies, attracting a lot of attention. They are Lithoz from Austria and CERAMAKER from France, and the ceramic samples they printed shocked Antarctic Bear. Many customers inquired about ceramic 3D printers. However, the problem is that both imported ceramic 3D printers are priced in the millions, which is difficult for most users to accept.
Today, Beijing Shiwai Technology Co., Ltd. exclusively revealed to Antarctic Bear that the company has jointly developed an industrial-grade ceramic material 3D printer based on DLP technology with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Tsinghua University, capable of printing various ceramic materials such as alumina, zirconia, and bioceramics.
In 2015, Antarctic Bear visited Beijing Shiwai Technology to learn about their DLP photopolymerization technology-based 3D printer, and it is surprising that they have quickly launched a ceramic 3D printer. Currently, this machine has started accepting pre-orders, but the price has not yet been announced. Interested friends can add Bear's WeChat: 392908259.
Now let's take a look at the core parameters of the machine:
Forming area: 96×54×150mm (length×width×height).
Printing resolution: 0.05mm in the XY direction, minimum 0.25mm in the Z direction.
Dimensions: 500×400×800 (length×width×height).
This ceramic 3D printer is suitable for aerospace, medical, high-end customized cultural products, and other fields. Let's take a look at the printed ceramic samples.
